COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. has announced an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.28 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Using the determined exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.1561, the payout translates to HKD 0.32371 per H share.

Tax Treatment • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% corporate income tax will be withheld. • Mainland individual investors and mainland securities investment funds holding H shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax will be withheld. • Mainland enterprise investors using Stock Connect: no withholding; these investors must self-declare and pay the applicable tax.

Share Registrar Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will administer the dividend distribution at its Hopewell Centre office in Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Board Composition The board currently comprises two executive directors (Mr. Ren Yongqiang, Mr. Wang Mingfeng), four non-executive directors (Mr. Wang Shuqing, Mr. Wang Wei, Ms. Zhou Chongyi, Ms. Ma Yuanru) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Li Kin Fai, Mr. Chen Gang, Ms. Cheng Yan).
