Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs (GS) Alternatives led a $240 million fundraise for Owner.com that value the platform at $2.3 billion, Owner.com said Friday.
The firm's existing backers Meritech, Redpoint, Headline and Jack Altman also participated in the financing.
Owner.com provides artificial intelligence powered technology and marketing tools for local businesses.
The company initially focuses on independent restaurants and plans to expand to other local businesses, Owner.com said.
