Autodesk's (ADSK) higher fiscal 2027 organic billings growth guidance is achievable, given the large enterprise business agreement renewal cohort weighted towards Q4, UBS Securities said in a note Friday.

The brokerage said the raised guidance reflects robust fiscal Q2 results and confidence in H2.

While fiscal Q4 has a bigger EBA renewal dollar base from a year earlier, year-over-year growth could be lower as it was inflated by the billings transition, according to the note.

Despite lapping the benefits from the model transition and renewal cohorts, there is potential for low-teens growth durability, given the runway in underlying growth drivers and benefits from improving sales productivity, analysts wrote.

UBS Securities reiterated its buy rating on the stock and boosted its price target to $325 per share from $290.
