Mineral Resources Says ASIC Concludes Investigation, No Enforcement Action to Be Taken

Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) said the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has concluded its investigation into the company and its current and former directors and officers, including Managing Director Chris Ellison, and determined it will not take any enforcement action, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
ASIC started its probe after a 2024 AFR report alleged that Ellison established a "10-year tax evasion scheme."
The company's shares rose 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
